Hard Water

“The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.”      Dee Hock

Water – liquid, vaporous and… solid, for the last few month – at least in these parts.  But spring is approaching and icicles are dripping and freezing again over night, getting longer and longer. A new picture every morning at my window – and new inspiration. The light, broken by the icy prisms, is best at sunrise or sunset. I tried to avoid any obstructive backgrounds or at least blur them.

” If you do not see what is all around you everyday, what will you see when you go to Tangiers?” – how can we not be affected by that statement.

Again I am struck by the colour you’ve discovered… – many times I only see the details after I have captured the subject and really focused on it.

I’m enjoying the quotes you are posting in the sidebar Klaus – you always provide lots of food for thought… thanks!
